Lyall Bay is a beautiful part of Wellington, although it is 15 minutes to the CBD, you feel out of the city hustle and bustle. Its very relaxing living here but there is also a lot to do if you want to be out and about.

The access is flat and no difficult Wellington streets to manouvre! There is a garage to park or if you are staying as a group there is on street parking available.

Ubers and taxi's are very easy to get in Wellington and it is a 15 minute trip to the city or 5 minutes to wellington Airport.

A bus stop is just on the nearby corner and this goes through the city and stops at Wellington train station.
